atontor 1,068 Posted October 4, 2015 I had a gastric sleeve.
atontor 1,068 Posted October 4, 2015 That's always a worry for everyone. Eat in moderation and watch what you eat. This is the time to make things right so we don't return to where we were with our weight
HELLCATT81 88 Posted October 4, 2015 I'm having the bypass. Also worried I'll be hungry since they don't remove that hunger hormone with the bypass that they remove with the sleeve. My acid reflux is too bad to have the sleeve.
casper_808 44 Posted October 5, 2015 Atontor, Did you have any weight loss stalls? I'm 3 weeks post op and in my first 2 weeks I lost 18 lbs but this last week I stalled and haven't lost anything. I'm worried. My doc said I should work out until 6 weeks and I am following all the guidelines. Any advice?

I'm worried. My doc said I should work out until 6 weeks and I am following all the guidelines. Any advice? Hi I didn't stall in the beginning. I stalled for about a week once I was able to eat solid food but then continued to lose. Right now I'm stalled, those last 10 lbs I want to lose are still there but I'm not complaining.
