bellabloom 2,467 Posted September 8, 2015 I'm a work in progress (6 weeks out tomorrow) but I went shopping today and was feeling pretty good. Walked in wearing saggy 24s and left with these snug 18s. You look awesome! Just wait your not going to believe just how quick you'll be in single digit sizes!! I hit my first goal around 10 months post op and then felt like I could keep going pretty easily, so I lost another 15 or so pounds after that. I started running around 4 months post op (wish I would have started sooner) and I continued to be an avid runner throughout the process.

Maybe when I take off some weight I will actually want to. I had my lap band removed and will have the sleeve done in a couple months but I'm 300 as of now... I didn't work out at all. I just started back at the gym yesterday. I was extremely conscious of my calorie intake and kept it very low. Still do for the most part. I want to lose another 7 pounds then I'm done.
