StayMal 104 Posted February 24, 2013 It's a beautiful day outside. It's been 6 weeks since my sleeve surgery. Do you guys think its too soon for jogging?
Skinnypie 66 Posted February 24, 2013 Nah! I was cleared for all exercise at 2 weeks... My doc said just listen to your body, it will let you know what it can and cannot handle... Good luck!

ISleevedIt 380 Posted February 24, 2013 I've been using c25k app for 4 weeks. I'm 2 months post op. How is it working out doreen? I want to try it when I'm 2 weeks post-op. I've already downloaded the app.
doreen70 268 Posted February 24, 2013 At week 3 I more or less have up. But after a two week hiatus I went back to where I left off. I'm amazed at what I can do when I put my mind to it. And I didn't stop because it was too hard, I was making excuses for why I couldn't. The first day of each week of the app seems easier than the next two days-and it's the same workout. I put my ear buds in, crank up 80s cardio workout or you can't touch this station on pandora and just do it. Of course, every time I think about looking down or holding on to my treadmill-I hear Jillian in my head "head up!!! Do not hold on! You CAN do this!".
