So I'm not cleared for exercise yet, but I'm itchin' to get my body moving other than walking. Suggestions??? Gahhhhh

Chair exercise, leg lifts from the chair, can lifts while sitting. They are not intense, but the weight of you leg md the weight of the can gives your muscle some work, without putting strain on your body. You may all so try wall workouts. I hope this helps.

I'm 4 weeks out and i'm only doing the treadmill at home,can not lift weights yet,only walking,so listen to your Dr and have some patience :)
