Letty1 33 Posted February 24, 2013 Chair exercise, leg lifts from the chair, can lifts while sitting. They are not intense, but the weight of you leg md the weight of the can gives your muscle some work, without putting strain on your body. You may all so try wall workouts. I hope this helps.
