It's one of those 'try it and see' things - but check with your doctor to see what he personally recommends. I know some Dr's say no carbonation, some say it's ok to try and see how you feel.

Man im running out of options on drinking... I cant tolerate anything thats good for me.. Ill be dehydrated soon... Things that I could tolerate I no longer can.. Im so thirsty

If tou drink sparkling Water you will habe gas pain in which you would never do it again. You could make your own drinks. As long they are sugar free.

I do the sparkling Water some times I drink it really slow but does give me gas I had my vs. done a year ago

I cant hold ice tea... For the past few days I have turned to snapple and now juicy juice... Too much sugar and gives me a belly ache but I have been dying a thirst
