Sharenlj 2 Posted February 23, 2013 I was told by my dr that I should eat 6oz each meal. I can't seem to eat more than 4ozs. I measure everything I eat and but sometimes I can't even eat the full 4oz. I'm almost 3 months post . Is this normal. Sometimes I think it's in my mind because I've dropped 14 dress sizes and I don't want to be that person anymore. Please Help Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
FishingNurse 1,211 Posted February 23, 2013 I think it's better to look at things in quality not quantity. 6oz is not important. Go with grams of Protein per meal instead.
