I have UHC and after my 6 month weight loss attempt, psych eval, ekg, pulmonary, Dr recommendation, surgeon submitted 7/10, was called yesterday 7/16 by insurance regarding my choice and understanding of the requirements for wls then was told I'd have a decision by 7/30. Later yesterday I got a call from my patient advocate that I was approved! Only took a week! Find out Friday my surgery date!
