donnau 0 Posted November 17, 2006 Hi everybody, I'm new to this site. I got my band 9-14-06 by Dr. Adams in Decatur, Al. So far, I've had 2 fills and lost 35 lbs. 20 or these pounds were due to the 2 week liquid diet prior to surgery and the rest after surgery. A small amount since my fills. I still eat too fast and after my most recent fill (11-13-06) , I'm really working to slow down. Even with eatting verrrrry slowly, I feel stuffed and little panic stricken that I've eatten too much. Do other people feel this way? Will I get better at reconizing the full signal? Thanks for all the info. Donna :omg: :omg: :paranoid
Kat817 19 Posted November 17, 2006 If you aren't getting a strong signal of fullness...as in pain...you likely still are not real restricted. I would make myself take a bite and wait, slow down and realize you can always go back later, but just continue to cut down some. Personally my nose runs and I need to stop, if I don't here come the hiccups!!! Sounds like you have done great!! Welcome to LBT!! If you have any questions be sure to ask!!!
