tonya66 13 Posted December 13, 2006 II will be posting recipes from this awesome book I got. It is a recipe book from a lady who used to do recipes for Gourmet magazine. She got banded and modified all her recipes. They sound really great! Audree Audree - that sounds GREAT. I'm always looking for some good recipes.
rsbell 0 Posted December 13, 2006 I'm currently re-scheduled for January 22nd. As some may recall, my surgery was cancelled on November 11th. I'v been trying to stick to the diet designed to heal my esophogus (wih mixed success. If I could do it, I wouldn't need surgery!). My Iron is up, as well, but not nearly enough yet. I have a follow up endoscopy on Jan 12. Hopefully it's clear enough to go forward with the surgery!
shues138 35 Posted December 13, 2006 I guess I have to share and say that I'm a January bandster as well. 1/26/07 one week after my vacation where I'll probably be nervous the whole time thinking about surgery!

phlyinphebee 0 Posted December 14, 2006 I have my Jan date for the 19th!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited !!!!!!!:clap2: I have been thinking about how I will have to change my eating habits after. I am off Diet Coke for 2 months now and bread for 3 weeks. I am having trouble giving up popcorn. My dogs just love it and it is a nightly treat for us. Also I found out that the fills cost $200 each time. Is that normal?? Can they do less fills with more cc's?? Rene'

I feel now forces to re start my exercise program. I know it will be better to be in the best shape I can be and help me to continue with exercise after. I guess it is not that far away. I look forward to getting to know all of you! Audree
