How much Water i need to drink every day

You should aim to get at least 64 oz per day. The more water the better in my book!

However, did you guys hear about the lady who was in a "water drinking" contest and died yesterday? Evidently she died from Water intoxication? She was in some contest where you had to drink a lot of water without going to the bathroom. It was a sad story, she was only 28 yrs old, had 3 kids. I haven't gotten the entire story yet, but it was on the news and everyone at work was talking about it. I never new water could be deadly? I guess the fact she wasn't going to the restroom was the big factor.

6 days past banding, I ate 1 soft scrambled egg. It feels like a hard little lump at the end of my esophogus. How long does it take to move? It will move won't it? I don't feel sick, I'm just a little scared. I go for my fill on Friday, do you think it will be gone by then?

Hi all,

Just back from the hospital. My surgery was at 8:30 and all went well. I didn't tolerate the anesthesia well, but I guess that is to be expected. I'm feeling a little sore in my upper abdomen where they did there laroscopy and a raspy throat but is understandable. I've been give some prescription meds and am going to nap for a while if I can..then go walking.

Thanks for the prayers. I am not sore but I do have a lot of pain in both sides of my back when I take a big breath in. Has anyone else had that?

Hi! Right now, I'm scheduled to be banded on January 23rd..if only I can get rid of my head cold. I'm so excited and yet so bummed that I got this stupid cold. I've been placed on antibiotics and prednisone. Even if I do somewhat clear it up, it's up to the anethesiologist if he'll do it. Guess they aren't thrilled with the prednisone. So, please wish me luck. I so want to get rid of the cold.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
