mactrio 41 Posted February 22, 2013 I've thought about buying some miso Soup from the local Japanese Hibachi restuarant and then freezing it into 1 oz servings. Then just defrost when needed, but I can't seem to get an accurate number for Proteins. The calories range from 35-150 per serving (most servings shown are a cup) but the Protein goes from 1.5 all the way to 11 grams and so does the carbs. This is on the my fitness pal app. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/nutrition-facts-calories/miso-soup Any ideas?
delta_girl 931 Posted February 22, 2013 Asian grocery stores sell concentrated miso. It comes in several varieties. Health food stores typically sell it as well.

Claire99 12 Posted April 14, 2013 Have you ever heard of wonton Soup from the Chinese Restaurant ? I was told the juice is really good for the sleeve . I'm like you can't find the information on it though. Stacie
