Well the tests came back and everthing is ok with my inside and she told me it could be Stress or do the the fact that i am losein so Fast!!!! lol told her not fast enough. So guess my question is has anyway else had this happen to them or is it just little ole me. going through this.???

On first reading your post I took it you had been 'banned' (kicked off) from this board....a number of persons were indeed banned a couple of months ago. But in re-reading it, I now think you mean you were 'banded' (had a lapband inserted").

Hope that is correct.

I was told that the spotting was from excessive estrogen. THe body stores hormones in fat and as you are losing fat it has to go somewhere. It ends up back in the system and some women spot from the over abundence of it. ~Mandy

I've read/heard about a lot of ppl having menstral issues while losing weight rapidly. Luckily/unluckily for me it hasn't been an issue because im not losing that fast. But from what I've heard, its due to increased hormones in your system that are released while your body is breaking down fat cells. Apparantly fat cells store energy and HORMONES lol. who knew?? Some ppl notice increased emotions (depression, crying, etc.) and some ppl notice increased cramps, heavier menstration, longer duration of bleeding etc. Im not a doctor so I don't know if this stuff is true, but its whats being said/written about on this board and others. Hope it helps. Congrats on the weight loss!!

I was on liquids for 10 days pre-op and started bleeding the day before surgery. This came as a huge surprise to me as I take the depo shot and had not had a cycle for almost 4 years prior to that. It is totally normal. ~Mandy

Be aware, the depo changes the way your body processes Calcium. I was just diagnosed with osteoperosis. I am seeing a bone specialist after Thanksgiving. My PC doc says the depo has to go. I am also seeing th OBGYN after the first of the year about having my tubes tied. ~Mandy
