Eddiebaby 0 Posted February 21, 2013 I had my VSg on Feb 4 (17 days ago) and 3 days ago i started doing some weight training as i am afraid of muscle loss....i am press benching just 40lbs in sets of 20 reps but the last 3-5 ones are hard...wonder if i should take it easier???
