Luchie 6 Posted February 26, 2013 Hi all, Had my check-up yesterday, and it seems although the eating issue is an issue, if you get all your Vitamins in the main thing to concentrate on is hydration.... I'm back in a month to check progress again, but no alarm bells are ringing at the moment.... Phew!!!

loveabledeeuk 20 Posted February 27, 2013 I am just starting week 6, and I was told by my dietician to eat with a teaspoon to make sure your not putting too much in your mouth so for someone to say they are only eating 6 teaspoons of food makes perfect sense to me. I am the same, if I eat its only 4-6 teaspoons but I try and ensure I have three meals a day so it adds up to extra. I do still get disappointed that I can't finish a meal even though its a tiny portion, if I'm enjoying the food but my tummy says no way I just stop. I've learnt not to push it as if I continue I get very sick. I do carry a water bottle with me everywhere or I forget to drink, this got me pass my stall and is a blessed relief when I'm feeling very dry, I constantly take sips x
sk14712012 31 Posted February 27, 2013 Nice to hear youve passed the stall, loveabledeeuk.
loveabledeeuk 20 Posted February 27, 2013 I hope I have anyway, if I start to stall again I may just cry lol it was horrid to stall but I read lots of feedback on here and the main advice was drink...drink..drink. So I bought my Water bottle and carry it everywhere, sipping as I go :-)
davsan02 6 Posted November 23, 2013 I am 1 1/2 years out and it has only been a few months that the regular sickness is going away. But I still get sick once a week or every two weeks. I needed to identify what was making me sick, at first it was eggs and cheeses. I can eat them now in little doses. Breads seem to plug me up and I get sick fast, so I have learned to not eat the bread or have one small nibble. I also will eat flat tortillas, not pita bread. Eating too fast has been my problem also, I can't eat at the table I have to eat in front of TV to distract me from my small plate. Also make sure to not drink with meals, that seems to get me sick pretty quick.
