jgirl75 156 Posted February 21, 2013 Thanks!! I am 5'4 and started at 240 lbs. I guess my best tips would be to try and drink at least one Protein Shake a day. Please help I been oit for 5 days but wanr to star with the right feet. I don't really like eating and to gety meal is a problem. By the way you look awesome!
