Its ok to be scare. Dont worry you will be ok. Just think abot all the reasons your doing this surgery and the results you will get out of it. Do deep breathing it helps. Good luck and have a speedy recovery!

Wait to they give u that medicine that help you relax You won't care what they do to you and if you think it's a chance they won't give it to u ask for it

Its normal to be scared. Any surgery is a big deal. You will be fine and it will be over before you know it!!
