triciavr77 32 Posted February 20, 2013 Did anyone post op notice their sense of smell go off the charts??? For some reason every scent is heightened and they don't smell good. Scents like lotions are too strong. food smells I used to enjoy almost make me nauseous. My sense of taste I know is off b/c my body is in ketosis, but what accounts for the scent?? Anyone else experience this?
Bree 65 Posted February 20, 2013 That is so strange. My friend is just under a month post-op and she remarked on the same thing. Her sense of smell is now off the charts and she's nauseated by some food smells now, most especially her co-workers' food.< /p> Very odd!
