Debrry 32 Posted February 19, 2013 How do you know when your body is in starvation mode?? I was sleeved 1/21/13 Lost 11 pounds since then... I'm around 700 calories a day so it doesn't make sense that I am not losing. I exercise daily... Any ideas?? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Takingcontrol 467 Posted February 19, 2013 I was in your shoes...I'm a "slow loser" I think it just takes some time for your body to adjust. Are you eating every 3-4 hrs? That let's your body to know more food is coming & stimulates your metabolism. I have only lost 27 lbs & was sleeved 12/17... My weight loss is just now starting to return!
