Sleevedintx 39 Posted February 19, 2013 Have you tried the Isopure drinks? There is 40g of Protein in them. They aren't thick like a shake but like a Gatorade. There are tons of flavors grape seems to be the most mild in flavor. They do leave your mouth dry and a funny feeling on your teeth but I lived off of those after surgery as I couldn't stomach the shakes.< /p>
Lander 74 Posted February 19, 2013 There are plenty of other ways to get Protein than throiugh shakes. My NUT stopped my shakes after the second week and insisted I get it through natural food, Eat cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, chicken, fish, tuna, greek yogurt. Sleevedintx 39 Posted February 19, 2013 No problem. GNC has them. It's like 5.00 for a 20 oz bottle. They are kinda different but great Protein in a pinch. They are also lactose free.

Tell them that you would like a sample before you buy and also let them know the you got sleeve and lie a littel bit by say the your nutritionist said that their are very good at making their protein. But you would like to sample their products first. I did and I'm getting some in the mail this week and next week. Good luck.
