Getting down liquid is no problem for me. I'm also a fast drinker, and no matter where I go I have my bottle of Water with me. But eating food is another thing. It takes me a while and man do I feel it if I eat too fast. It's not a pleasant feeling.

Well here it is. I'm so embarrassed by my before photo smh' date=' but that was me. All 330 lbs of me. Yikes!! My highest was 346 lbs at the start of this journey, but I lost 16 lbs pre op and 134 lbs post op and still going.
