MLCT 9 Posted February 19, 2013 I was doing my daily vigorous walk on the treadmill and all of a sudden I started to feel this shooting pain by my belly button. I don't have a fever, I'm not feeling nauseous ( ate dinner fine) but this pain is not going away. Could I have pulled something? Ripped something? I'm freaking out a bit cause this pain is internal on the left side of my belly button and I have no clue what it could be. I am 3 weeks post op. Help! chitowngirl 886 Posted February 19, 2013 You prob over did it. I is really important to exercise, however you really can't over do it. If it continues to hurt I would contact your doctor. I would rest and take it easy for the next few days.
SecretSleever 1 Posted February 19, 2013 The three surgeons I spoke to all recommended no vigorous exercise for 8 weeks post op. Light walking only. If you're having pain, give your surgeon a call and ease your mind.
