I was sleeved nov1st so almost 4 months out & My highest weight & surgery day was 328 & now I'm 243 so that's 85lbs down so far. Also I've attached my before picture & after to show. Delena2/11 59 Posted February 18, 2013 Hi Sweet! It is so exciting for me to read your post because I was sleeved last Monday and am at 333.6 right now. Not too much different from your starting weight. I would love to be around 250 in three months! Best of luck to you for as you continue on your journey.
