4 months post-op & 50 pounds lighter. What a difference. I posted a picture from our Disney Cruise exactly one year ago and a picture that we took just last week. I couldn't be happier with the results and still have more to go. Truly the best decision I have ever made!

Sure. You just need to go to Forums down below and from there select 'new thread' from the top right hand corner. Hope that helps.
