aspoerle 1 Posted February 18, 2013 Is it ok to have peppermints.I have some that basically dissolve in my mouth and they do have sugar in them. I am only 5 days post op and need some thing to help with the dryness in my mouth and the nasty taste from all the skin milk I have been drinking.

NurseGrace 509 Posted February 18, 2013 sugar free would be ideal but beware of sugar alcohol and that is what most sugar free candies are made from - that stuff gives me horrible tummy troubles. I would rather just have one or two regular.
