triciavr77 32 Posted February 18, 2013 I'm just now settling in to being back at home. I'm sleepy and tired all the time. How long did it take you to start getting your Liquid Protein & Water in at the recommended levels? I'm sipping when I'm awake. Takes forever to get an ounce down right now. honeybunny526 0 Posted February 18, 2013 You have to take this day by day... Every day you will be able to do a lil more. Get a whey Protein Powder that you can mix with skim milk or Water and drink that once or twice a day. It will really REALLY help with your energy level.
