JackieV 246 Posted February 17, 2013 I am 13 days out, 35lbs down and cleared for a normal diet with lots of chewing. Besides restriction there is no change in my food tolerances. I have another 120 pounds to my ultimate goal and wanted to know if any vets have some tips for success. I don't want to waste this gift I have been given. My main goals right now are 60g Protein and 64oz fluids. I wasn't given any special diet to follow other than to eat high protein. Right now I am walking about a mile 4-5 times a week and plan to up that to daily. Slowly adding distance. My dr said I won't be cleared for working out until 4-6 weeks.
