brownlady30 8 Posted February 17, 2013 Walk, elliptical, bike and also weights alternating arms and legs every other day. Try to get to the gym 5 days a week before work. My goal is to also work in at least 1-2 Zumba classes in the evening after work. I am 13 lbs from goal and weight loss gets more challenging the closer you get to goal.
