12,000+ steps every day, running (C25K), dance, bike, elliptical, horseback riding.

Walk, elliptical, bike and also weights alternating arms and legs every other day. Try to get to the gym 5 days a week before work. My goal is to also work in at least 1-2 Zumba classes in the evening after work. I am 13 lbs from goal and weight loss gets more challenging the closer you get to goal.

Run 3 miles per day. Walk any time I can.
