Lap vs Bypass

If you don't care which procedure, consider this. If you get the lap band you have work HARD for that weight loss. For example, my body only burns 1300 calories a day. So I have to eat 1000 to 1100 calories a day to lose weight. This is hard! I write down everything I eat, blog about my feelings, and actively make hard dieting/lifestyle choices to do this. Also, my weight loss is slooowwww... like 4 lbs every 6 weeks. So, are you willing to do the work? Are you willing to excercise at least 4 times a week? Will you be upset if the loss is slow? If the answer is no to those, consider the RNY.
