Highest weight: 391

Pre op diet weight: 385

Surgery weight: 367

Today: 308

So about 77 pounds in 13 weeks. Have had a few stalls but upped my calories a bit in the past 2 weeks and its flying off again. I actually added meatballs to my diet and it started me losing again lol. Whodathunkit.

Hopefully by end of the month be under 300 and headed to my goal of about 225 to 230

Who would think eating more would make you lose weight, but it is so true. Your body does not like the "starvation" mode. Keep rocking your sleeve.

This post makes me smile. I felt crazy for eating 80p calories while others are eating 400. I just can't function at 400 and I like eating more calories and working out w that fuel.

Yay for your progress and that's for sharing!! Makes me feel normal.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
