kathyhalls 17 Posted February 16, 2013 I started shaking last night even drank a shake and still continued to shake all over. Like a empty haven't had food for hours before I was sleeved shaking. Idk why it is occuring this morning got up drank most of my adkins drinks and still it continued. Am I going to long between shakes would that cause it? Advice needed. Also after I drink the shake I get very tired. I am not getting all the fluids I need in and trying my best. For being a week out of surgery but the shaking started last night I can't call the doc until Monday cause the office is closed.

Of course talk to your doc or nut, but also know you need to watch your carbs as well as your Protein and fluids. I believe between 30 and 50 are the avg range. I have to mix my shakes with milk for the carbs and drink g2 as well to just get to 30. I do sometimes have some apple juice mixed with Water to cut it just a little. Youll get your carbs with juice, but you will also get extra calories. This is probably a ggod time to start logging with a program like myfitness pal so that you know your exact intake of Protein, carbs, fats, and calories.
