I need a cookbook. Obviously one that focuses on high Protein and very low carb dishes. Does anyone have one or two they recommend? :):)

Yes, my Nut told me to get this one and I love it. It tells you according to what stages you are in, or weeks out.

It'd called- Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery.
