KYmiss 15 Posted February 15, 2013 I don't talk to my husband or friends about it because I know they wouldn't understands. They have been great this week. But something's only fellow sleevers understand. I think it's probably more your head telling you you're hungry more than your stomach. It could be just out of habit. I was sleeved on feb 5 and I want to chew more than anything. I'm not hungry but I am bored with the liquids. I can't wait to move on to the next stage of my diet. I am so ready for eggs and mashed potatoes! I know how you feel but it will get better!
ASKSARAH - Sleeve 256 Posted February 15, 2013 I can guarantee you are not hungry! your probably dehydrated and not even know it, or it maybe all the extra acid, its a habitual eating pattern. When I feel "hungry" I drink a glass of Water and take a walk outside down the street and back and set a timer when I get back home for 20 min. Finish that glass of Water. If IA m still hungry at that time then I will allow some eating. I am still on liquids so a snack of Jello or a 1/4 Soup. Generally the water and walk will make that "hunger" go away.
