You mut follow what they say because if there are any problems then you should be able o put your hand on your heart and say yes I did that. COnative 192 Posted February 15, 2013 That's when I started drinking coffee again. But I also had a fair amount of milk in my coffee too which probably cuts down on the acidity that is in coffee.
