Wow great job. Do you mind sharing your states and some tips on how you achieved this so quickly. How many calories, Protein, carbs and exercise do you get.

Wow, fantastic. Simply amazing. You have managed to transition into a beach body without surgery for excess skin. Wish all of us could do that.

I've been using cocoa butter and Jergens skin tightening lotion. If it wasn't so dark you'd be able to see my stretch marks. I still have a little bit to go. Thank you :)

I started off at 271 and I'm now 170. I had around 600-800 calories daily the first 5 months and the last month I've increased it to 1100 or so because my body was holding onto the weight. Don't get me wrong I eat healthy, but I do have what I want in moderation and believe it or not on weeks where I stall, I'll grab a Big Mac or a small fry from somewhere and it kickstarts my metabolism to get going again and I drop a few pounds the next day. I make sure to include at least one Protein shake a day no matter what time it is. I haven't exercised yet because of a back injury but I hope to soon.

Oh and I'm 5'5. Don't be fooled I DO have some loose skin in the front under my belly button. The little bump you see is actually really old fat I gained in high school that's loose and yucky that I'm hoping goes soon lol.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
