6 days out

I am 6 days out from my surgery and this morning I over did it!! I was drinking a Protein Shake. I mixed some chocolate Protein Powder with some PB2 with almond milk and ice. Well yesterday I had a plane chocolate (pre made) and drank a small bathroom cup full and was fine so today I did the same. HUGE mistake I started burping then I vomited then in PAIN. All I could do is lay down. it hurt so bad. I will try not to do that again....

Sorry to hear that. I over did it by accident the 2nd day after surgery, just drank too much Water at once. But it did teach me to slow down. Even at 7 weeks out, I am very careful how much I swallow at once.

I did the same thing at 2 days post op! you learn really quick what your limits are! Maybe too soon for PB2 makes it too thick. I started using the pb2 at 2 weeks out
