SkinnyRicki 34 Posted February 14, 2013 I am down 20 lbs from my highest weight and i finally met and surpassed my Protein goal today!! Thank god I am not one of the people who became lactose intolerant, milk really helps get the protein numbers up! Now I just need to concentrate on walking more...
