I'm getting sleeve the 15. I'm not mad at myself I'm more scar then anything. Becuase I keep thinking the something going to go wrong because I ate 6 day's out of the 8 day full liquid diet. FatMamaw 7 Posted February 14, 2013 If you are on the Protein shake/ low carb low fat diet... Your body will go into ketosis after a few days and you burn fat at a very high rate.
