It doesn't have reminders, but I use trakr for the iphone. It's an easy way to set a goal and increase a counter as you consumer Protein and Water.< /p>

Almosthome, I have been thinking about the number of reminders I will have to set up in my outlook to keep track of those things. An app would be great. If anyone has one that would be awesome. Until then I plan to just have a million reminders set on my Outlook on my phone.
