Ok so my coordinator said if you are grazing all day you won't lose weight or could gain it back later...but... I feel like I eat and drink all day and don't get all the Protein in.

I'm confused about this?

I Know exactly what you mean...it sometimes takes all day to get the Protein in. I think what is meant is that if you graze all day on slider type foods....crackers, pretzels, chips, nuts, etc... If you are eating lean protein thats a good thing.

I agree she was probably talking about slider foods. Protein is always a good thing!
