Pre-op Diet Day 1

Day 2 I went really off but this was planned. Lol I ate Olive Garden shared a plate with my husband for his birthday celebration plus valentines day. I don't feel bad at all I been doing really good besides my side step but back on track. Surgery pre admission tomorrow

I was waking in the night starving! Here's a tip! I make my shakes with Water and drink the milk before bed and I am satisfied all night!!!

Checking in with everyone? How was pre op day 2? Day one for some. Mine was much better than yesterday!!

It's slowly getting better each day. I'm just battling some strong cravings every once in a while! Hope that goes away....

I am on day two of my Pre op, diet. My surgery is March 1st, the only thing I noticed is that I had very little energy this morning until I got my first Protein Shake in. Then I was off and moving (burst of energy). My stomach is not grawling (think that is because of the fiber). But I am scared to death that with each day it is going to get harder and harder. I had to think to myself , why are you doing this again? . I am getting a headache took Tyneol and that seemed to help. All I have to say is Thank God I paid the hospital their money.. no turning back now.

I've been getting really bad head aches too! I hope this is normal

I am Clear Liquids after midnight! I dread it....jello, popcicles, apple juice, Water, extra. . Wonder about the Protein clear drinks. I have at least one ...they're nasty!
