Did you NUT give you a plan? I was told to start increasing Protein (20 grams per meal) and decrease carbs. I personally have started drinking Protein Shakes in the morning and if needed another one later in the day as a snack. I found the Premier Protein shakes at costco are pretty good. I have all but eliminated pasta/rice/breads and get the majority of my carbs from fruits and veggies. My calories should be between 1300-1400 a day. Sometimes I can't get that high. I have been doing some sort of exercise at least three days a week for 20 minutes. I literally drag my butt out if bed at 5am to do this. The last bit of advise - track what you eat. I haven't lost anything in 2 weeks. I've gone back to tracking and the scale has finally started to move again. I use MyFitnessPal, but even a pen and paper would work.
