Obsidian 26 Posted February 12, 2013 My stomach was nearly pain free but it was time to move on to full liquids. This includes pudding and yogurt. The pudding went down with minimal upset. Some minor cramping. Then today I tried plain Greek yogurt and my stomach got pretty damn sore afterward. Is this normal when you start on super soft foods like that? I ate only a tiny amount..
