lo2us 1 Posted April 24, 2008 I know, I haven't much time either to get mowing. How are ya'll doing this week? It seems like stress is building with us teachers the closer we get to the end of the year. Things just keep popping up that we have to get done! I hope I haven't gained this week. I haven't been able to eat much, but thank goodness I'm not sick all the time either. I'm not even afraid to go out to eat anymore! Y'all that are too tight, get that taken care of...it's NO fun! Tonight's gym night, I'll weigh in the morning and see if I can get another lb off. Enjoy the rain!
Sugarbear 2 Posted April 24, 2008 I emailed Betty and she said Amy hasn't had time to get the info from our meeting to Dr. H, but will try to by Mon. I also asked about the noscales blogs ect. Nothing has been posted in quite a while. Told her how much we enjoyed the info, contests, ect. She said she would mention it to Dr. H. I guess their bussiness is growing and they are just so busy. That happens with good doctors and I understand, but still mis the blogs by them. Lapband isn't all they do. lol Just what we're interested in. Lo2us, about six more weeks and you will be out of school, hang in there!
Lisa G. 4 Posted April 24, 2008 I don't mind the mowing so much, it's just time consuming. I don't mind sweating and getting dirty. Not a all.... as a matter of fact I would much rather be outside than in. I just want to get it done and move on to something else. Know what I mean? There's a young man that lives up the road from us that would love to come mow it for a price, but I would much rather do it myself. It sure is pretty when you get done and think about all the effort you put into it. lol I haven't lost but one pound, but I can tell things are not as floppy as they used to be. lol I still think I need a slight un-fill and I think things will be just fine. I seem to be stuck in a weight slot and I want to be in a smaller slot. Anyway, yall don't wanna hear bout that. I'm still kinda feeling left out bout the meetings. I kinda feel like I've been shoved aside. I did my part and attended the meetings when I could. Can you tell I still have my lip stuck out about it? I suggested that our stuff be e-mailed or even snail mailed, but...... nuthin. Not even a reply to it. Guess, we are on our own, Susan and Glo. Yall have a good day and drink your water! Julie, how's the box? lisa
DrHekier 0 Posted April 25, 2008 OK, you guilted me into it.... Was working on a blog entry recently and just published it. Has to do with weight loss plateaus. Some people just seem to get stuck when they lose about 50% of their excess weight. Take a look at the blog at our website Lap Band Surgery Texarkana- Serving Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana (that's www . noscales .com ; this website adds that title text.) Sugarbear 2 Posted April 26, 2008 Good morning all. Thank you Dr. Hekier for the blog. Hi Teresa, looks like you are on line now too. I think you will like the weather that is predicted through Fri. Looks like you can do some massive dirt digging, flower pruning, and whatever else you master gardeners do. Lo2us, did Gus finally get well? How are all the new people doing?? Lisa, got room in that box for one more? Think mine disinerated!! sp?

Lisa G. 4 Posted April 26, 2008 Hey SugarB.... Julie has my box. lol I found one on side of the road, but it's just not the same. It's just too small. I'll be glad when the 5th gets here. I'm going outside. Hope yall have a great day. Remember to drink your Water and stay in your box. Oh, and I have a white peony bloomed, too. The honeysuckles are blooming and it smells so sweet outside. I love spring, but it doesn't love me. I am so stopped up right now, I don't think I could smell the honeysuckles if I was standing in the vines. lol later yall lisa
