baseballmom02 13 Posted February 10, 2013 Curious to know if only one has used diet pills after VSG surgery to lose that last 15 to 20 lbs that seems to want to hang on ? After trying everything I can think of to lose the last 15 lbs all attempts have failed and the scales have not moved in 3 months other than gaining and losing the same 1 pound. Has anyone else done this ? If so what was your outcome?

fluffylibra30 323 Posted February 10, 2013 I have not used them but I am interested If anyone has. I am thinking it probably isn't a good idea. Most are filled with caffeine, way more than we are supposed to have, also most OTC diet pills aren't FDA regulated and you really have to do research to make sure you know exactly want you are taking. doreen70 268 Posted February 10, 2013 I work for my PCP. I mentioned I had been hungry a lot last weekend. I wanted to know if I could up my Nexium. She didn't understand the acid mimicking hunger until I explained it to her. She was offering to prescribe Qysimia. Instead, I bumped my Nexium to twice a day dosing. Worked very well. That is interesting !!!! I was unaware of acid mimicking hunger aswell. I still have awful acid reflux maybe I will try that and see if it helps. : )
