Marquel 31 Posted February 9, 2013 I just wanted to Celebrate how good I feel. I am 16 days out and no issues. No nausea. A little tired now and then but over all I feel so lucky. I keep reading about everyone's "issues". So maybe we need to show newbies how many people feel great after surgery! I do! (I hope I don't jinx myself

SuchaPrettyFaceBUT 30 Posted February 9, 2013 Thanks for this thread. I'm scheduled for April surgery but lately Ive been doing so much research in complications and problems that I'm scaring myself out of it. It is reassuring to be reminded that so many people DONT have problems and it reassures me that I'm making the right decision. Thanks and best of luck with your continued success! Ms.AntiBand 2,984 Posted February 9, 2013 Almost 2 months out and almost 30lbs down. From the moment I woke up from surgery I have felt amazing and absolutely no complication and only a little sore, but since then I've been floating on cloud nine. I'm a very slow loser and have been in a stall for several weeks ( lost a few recently) but I don't care. I FEEL GREAT!

Oliver's Mom 258 Posted February 10, 2013 I too had a simple recovery. I feel very fortunate for that and for having the sleeve. No more diabetes meds. The eating is beginning to feel like my new normal. My surgery was December 3rd.
