Check out why goat meat is soo good! Lean red meat with higher Protein then any meat! And lowest in calories fat and bad stuff!

My friends a farmer and had processed it. You can get it online or from an ethnic market

cheese makes everything better!

I cooked a goat shoulder I got from a Greek butcher a few months ago low and slow on my kamado. Took about 8 hours but it was unbelievable!
