Pain Level/Post-op discomfort/nervousness

I had my surgery this week at Penn Hopital. I did have pain but it is manageable. I sometimes cant tell if it was gas or not. A lot of rumbling and strange feeling when I try to eat but noot sur eif this is normal. I was surpringly calm and I am a nervous person. I had decided to do it and was confident. I have a friend with me moostly to take care of my children.

Am off most of my meds and that is great
