I will tell you that the first month or so is the hardest but after that its a piece of cake I havent found anything yet that I havent been able to eat. I will say that milk does make me feel poofy lol thats really the only way I know to describe it and lays or cheetos do the same ( I know I shouldnt be eating them lol ) but other then that everything goes down great and as soon as I feel full I stop eating (normally just a few bites but within an hour Im hungry again!) it all works out great though. I am not quite sure on how ANYONE could stretch their sleeve out because I know that even if Im eating my FAVORITE food as soon as I am full I feel satisfied and dont feel the need to keep eating no matter how good it is.
