Please tell me what you are doing....I am at 16 weeks, started at 240 and I have only lost 40 pounds so far. I was a size 22 and now I am a size 16 and weigh 205. I admit I don't exercise at all. jacksmommy719 63 Posted February 7, 2013 Ann48, I'm not exercising either. I use every excuse in the book to put it off. I have a Protein Drink every morning for Breakfast, lunch is usually turkey pepperoni and about 2 oz of fresh mozzarella cheese or a lean cuisine and dinner is whatever Protein I can get my hands on. I've barely had any veggies at all. When I go out I make better choices then I used to. I don't drink as much Water as I should and I think it causes my stalls. 40lbs is great!!
