So, so, so love both flavors. I add them to my chocolate Protein Shakes, and also add to unflavored yogurt with some sf jelly for a PB&J taste. Lots of recipes on the official web site too. I actually find Netrition.com has better prices than Amazon, which surprises me.

No maam, it was the texture that triggered me. I can eat raw fish, clams, oysters, snails and such but that PB2. Ooohh man. Makes my mouth Water thinking about it. Almost triggering the slimes.

I find that the amount of Water you put in makes a big difference. Just a few extra drops can make or break it. It took me a few tries to get it the way I liked it. I go 2 parts powder to 1 part water PLUS a smidge more water.

I REALLY need to get some of this! Butter, have you used it to make a Protein sludge yet? I enjoy an occasional protein sludge made with regular Peanut Butter and I wonder if the outcome would be the same with BP2 (Tablespoon peanut butter, scooop of chocolate Protein Powder and a few tablespoons of milk)

Never tried it but if you add a little Water to rehydrate the PB2 I'm sure it will come out fine.

Thats exactly how the container says to do it.......its great stuff, i use it in chocolate shakes with a little Torani sugarfree salted caramel syrup; tastes like a reese cup.......

Glad you posted this... I saw it at Wal-Mart on the shelf with the regular Peanut Butter this weekend. I will have to pick some up.

So I stopped by the Jerky store on the way to visit family this weekend (love venison and elk jerky) and they had PB2 on sale for $1 (shaker bottle) and $3 (vacuum packed). So I purchased 2 of each in regular and chocolate flavor. Anybody have any additional suggestions besides adding it to Protein Shakes?

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
